At the core of Kathak, lies "story-telling". Shobhna has been creating different compositions, dance performances, recitals, speech awareness sessions on Environment and Kathak importance - one such programme was "Climate Chaupal" organised by the Green Pencil Foundation in September 2024.

KATHAK WORKSHOP on Lucknow Gharana - Aesthetics and Compositions
The workshop was conducted successfully online by the renowned Lucknow Gharana Kathak Exponent, Ms. Moumala Nayak ji, disciple of Pt. Birju Maharaj ji on 19th December 2021 - online, across Indian cities and different age groups.
RHYDHUN 2021 - A 'pan-India' online classical dance programme
Rhydhun 2021 programme held on 27th March Saturday on YouTube LIVE (channel: Shobhna Jha) was designed to witness and celebrate one year of online journey of Shobhna Jha Kathak Studio.
It’s worthy to note that the family of Shobhna’s Kathak studio spread across 70+ students from more than 10 states, 20 cities, in India, United Kingdom, and even Andaman and Nicobar UT.
The Guest of Honour for the Programme was Ms. Sharmishtha Mukherjee, Indian classical dancer & Politician. The Chief Guest was Mr. Amol Srivastava, IAS. Each performance had been learnt with intensive details, from one-to-one practise sessions, choregrapraphy training, costume to makeup aesthetic classes too.
